If you're just getting into the field, ServiceRocket does a great job at preparing you for your career. It's a pretty decent place to work, and most managers do actually care and do a good job depending on who you get. The work is challenging but fun, and the teammates are unmatched in their reliability.

- Teams are very team-oriented and friendly - Product managers and engineers are cool and helpful. They take the time to make sure you understand and have all the information you need to get your job done - Freedom to make decisions, as long as you can justify them properly - WFH and a lot of cool monetary compensation and benefits - Able to voice out dissenting opinions without fear of repercussions (though I'd have to admit there's a certain skill to go about doing it properly)
