Pros

Very diverse business lines with an opportunity to move around. Corporate mentoring program created exposure to other areas of the company and promoted professional growth. Great benefits. Management had a very "open door" policy.

Cons

Easy to get complacent and stay longer than needed. The pay for lower level staff could be better.

Cons

No growth with in the company. The salaries are not equal the others in your position with other companies. Management does not allow one to grow. No advancment with in the site at Capitol site in Maryland.
