      The only pro to working there, is that there is no shortage of work

      Cons

      Owners are incredibly condescending...openly gossip about employees. There is clear favoritism, and double standards. The pay is way too low for the expectations the owners have.

      Working at SERVPRO Team Dixon has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I truly love what I do and who I get to do it with. The culture here is supportive, forward-thinking, and grounded in trust. Rob (Owner) and Alan (General Manager) have gone out of their way to invest in me professionally. I've been given real opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and develop as a leader. Every ounce of energy I’ve poured into this company has come back to me tenfold — whether that’s in the form of mentorship, recognition, or meaningful impact. This is a place where hard work is seen and appreciated, and where you're surrounded by people who care not just about the business, but about each other. Pros: Incredible leadership that believes in developing people Strong core values that actually show up in day-to-day work Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities to grow if you’re willing to take them

      Cons: Honestly, none that outweigh the good. Like any growing company, we’re building the plane while flying it — but it’s exciting to be part of that.
