      Not a bad place to work. Fellow employees are the best asset they have.

      Pros

      Great fellow employees. Good, new building to work in and good health plan. Employment includes access to two different workout rooms.

      Cons

      Family owned so there is no stockholders to help make changes. Though there should be financial oversight, there can be too much at times. Have seen employees called out over seven dollars.

      Pros

      The freedom to be in the field all day. You get to meet a lot of people and try to convince them you use your company if they have a problem or issue. Really liked being in control of my future and helping a local branch grow.

      Cons

      The franchise owners do what ever they want. They are only looking our for themselves and how they can make the most money, while leaving a path of devastation in their wake. I have seen good people leave branchs because of indifference of the franchise owners.

      Pros

      I got to learn a new trade. I used a lot of what I learned at home. Met some great people.

      Cons

      Very dirty at times especially at sewage jobs. You're exposed to all types of biohazzardous materials and chemicals. Very little room for growth at smaller franchise locations.
