- Transparent leadership - Fast paced engineering org, lots of room to learn new skills - Company invests in your career growth, providing benefits and tools necessary to grow - Great culture

Cons

- Typical startup things, tools and processes are always changing to keep up with scaling issues

Pros

Lots of autonomy and flexibility. Great benefits for this size of a startup. On a personal level, everyone is amazing.

Cons

Leadership is much to be desired and product-market fit is concerning. It often felt like no one knew what's going on nor what is being built within the product and why.
