Pros

Really relaxed environment, where if you get your work done, no one gives you a hard time for working on personal projects. I think it's the people who make working here fun. Everyone is pretty smart and super helpful and want to see you succeed here.

Cons

As would be the case with any company going through rapid growth, there is constant change. This can get frustrating at times when we have to backpedal on process level decisions. Also, placement of unnecessary items in commonly used areas.

Pros

Because the company is growing so quickly, its a great place to start your career. If you work hard, you will advance much more quickly than you would at many other companies in the area. The company culture is also a lot of fun. SevOne has been able to hire some really great people, and coming to work is always a pleasure.

Cons

At times, SevOne is not as awesome as we claim to be. There is a lot of turnover at the moment, and a lack to transparency from upper management. There seem to be a lot of secrets that we hear through the grapevine, but are not properly communicated to the company.
