Pros

Whether fresh out of college or pursuing a more senior role, SevOne is simply an awesome company to work for. Friendly employees, great leadership, and a work-hard/play-hard environment all contribute to SevOne's exponential growth. I truthfully don't mind waking up every morning and heading to work. How often can you say that?

Cons

Compensation (for my particular role) is average/slightly below average the industry standard. Also quite the learning curve (depending on your job role) if you haven't previously worked for this sort of infrastructure/software company previously. Even in sales, there's a solid amount of technical and industry knowledge that you must pick up and understand. However, gaining this knowledge is very rewarding once you get over the initial hump.

Pros

Growth, amazing culture, potential to advance, constant learning and challenges leave me very happy.

Cons

There are many challenges and changes as the company evolves from small/mid to Enterprise level. Be prepared to accept these when working at SevOne in this phase.

Pros

This company is quickly growing and expanding but provides some of the fringe benefits of a startup. Company wide emails from the CEO are usually very much light hearted and entertaining while still conveying the message of the company. The overall attitude amongst workers is positive and allows for you to work productively. Enjoy one of the many couches and lounges or at your desk whether that is sitting or standing. The company now has a big push in education with a partnership with Global Knowledge ranging from sales skills to technical aspects for development and support.

Cons

The company is experiencing growing pains. The original few have begun to have power diversified amongst the new hirers and rising stars. It would then seem that they become unresponsive and unhelpful when their assistance is needed. A power grab seems to be at work as well.
