High School for some.......Slavery for others.........

Pros

Decent pay, and ok benefits. Biweekly lunches and weekly Mr. Softee visits are nice in the summer.

Cons

Some friendly people, but most are part of a clique. Like High School, employees have events, clubs and socials as a way to meet and interact with others. Although, unless your part of the in crowd, you do not matter. Across the board, no one in management is either a class act or a leader in any sense. Manager's manage, Directors direct, but there is no motivation or understanding of what goes on day to day in there department. It is a very selfish environment to work in. There is no reward program, no incentives, just a lot of work.

Negative feedback (if constructive) is invaluable as it offers insight into areas we can improve on. I strongly disagree with your evaluation of our management team and their talents and capabilities. Without solid leadership we would not be as successful as we are today. I also assure you we as a Company continuously introduce new incentives to reward our employees for their hard work and dedication. After all, having fun is part of our Culture of Awesome. Pros

A great Team; a great environment; relaxed and friendly atmosphere; awesome opportunities for professional growth; the company recognizes initiative and offers sense of appreciation to the top performers. It makes me want to come to work in the morning.

Cons

The company is growing VERY RAPIDLY, and by introducing more structure, at times, it feels as if the bureaucratic machine may take over. The company must do everything possible to not let it happen and to preserve the unique culture that makes it so special.
