- A few dozen loyal customers continue to provide funding (Support fees) and direction of product development - Some very talented & helpful people, though not sure how many are left standing after the latest round of layoffs

Cons

- Executive leadership totally inept - 100% of Sales VP's (all 4) and CFO left in a timespan of less than 6 months - CEO shines in non-presence - No strategic direction - No communication - (Core) Product is hopelessly outdated; only customers with sunk investment show interest but are starting to question the lack of development - All innovations (aka Solutions) lack QA and are released haphazardly often resulting in version-incompatibility and/or conflict - New customers are 'enticed' with features that do not exist and the company will start to build once the PO is in - The to-be-released product has 0% innovation and there are plenty of Open Source alternatives that more stable, cost-effective and will bring true innovation

Still a few decent and smart people left in the company.

Cons

Bain capitol is doing their part to ensure that they will get the most dividends from the company, if one is to go over Mr. Sweeney linkedin page and check what has happened to the past companies he was a CEO of, you can get a clear picture for the future they have in store for SevOne. Apart from this, the upper management is so caught in intrigues and ego inflation, that if you question a obviously bad/wrong decision then the shame box is your destination.Rediscovering running water and calling it innovation is their way of saying "I am a driving force for the company". Most of the "new" features are something that should have been implemented years ago and it is not something the market wants or needs. Instead of working on the known problems and fixing the gaps they focus on what will make them look like they actually do something of value. The talent to talk and demand is huge, when you need them to do something its suddenly not their job or the fault of someone else.Moral is at an all time low, people are just keeping their head low until a better job comes at the horizon.

- When I joined SevOne that was exciting time. Everyone was a like family member and could go directly to CTO with any questions. And everything was awesome. - Modern techologies for you working enviroment - if there is a task it can be picked up by anyone and there is no direct command from management who should do what. And everyone was eager to do the best. - You will get answer on your internal email at the same day in most cases - Awesome people who will react on you request accordingly - You have everything you need to do your job

Cons

- It's 2016. Time changed. SevOne is no more family company. It's going towards to big companies, it's getting more formal. - Lay offs, two rounds, something wrong - CTO left the company
