I am certified nms expert with more than 15 years experience mainly focused on similar systems and services, experienced at managing projects from the requirements gathering phase through to completion and delivery on service aware charging and nms platforms in some well known telecoms. This is the fastest product in its class, the ultimate umbrella, that covers the whole telecoms network, even the radio part. SevOne has a huge unrevealed potential and I choose this company 4 years ago for my employer. Here are working some of the best network experts, architects and developers I ever met.

I have worked at SevOne for the last 4 years and been part of the growth over that period. Good things about SevOne are: - The people. The company has managed to attract and retain a world class team across all departments. - Customers. SevOne's customers are actively using the products and are actively involved in driving the company direction and roadmap. - Technology. SevOne has a real technology lead in their space. - Ability to grow. As the company grows it provides the opportunity for employees to take on new challenges and grow as individuals.

Cons

Growth creates challenges and internal processes need adaption to keep up with growth. For some constant change is invigorating, for others it can create uncertainty.

I love to work in this company. Every day I learn a lot of new things. The company help us to improve our knowledge and pay for additional qualification courses. My colleagues are very friendly. They will help you whenever you need. The salary is more than I expected! I can work from my home if I needed. I'm glad to work for this company!

Cons

The company is very young and sometimes make mistakes, but no one is born learned. For sure the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
