Pros

Many of my coworkers were great people, but executive leadership needs to change quickly!

Cons

No direction. You can't say you have a "Culture of Awesome" and lay off 30-40% of your employees with no forewarning and terrible severance packages.

Pros

Cool place to work, from the outside SevOne looks like one of the top places to be employed in or around Delaware. Lots of great people to interact and learn from. Some good perks like a free lunch every two weeks.

Cons

SevOne is trying to become something, I'm not exactly sure what, and I don't think the executives know either. Growing pains would be an understatement, from lacking salaries to an environment that breads hostility stemming from new management. This was at a time a great place to work, but SevOne has lost its path. What was almost family like has become a cold corporation with a rotten core.
