Cons
To work here is like being in an adult kindergarten class where nobody plays well together. It's also like a High School with pockets of cliques of people who have been around long enough, that it doesn't matter whether they are relevant, or have the proper skill sets, they get promoted. Newer managers brought in from big companies try to manage the company like it's a big one, but clash with the no skill managers who live for start up. The rest of us see conflict and secrecy and lack of collaboration between groups. It's clear why this is now. Everyone lives in fear of losing their jobs on a daily basis. When massive layoffs are leaked to the paper before giving anyone any notice, just shows how childish the leaders really are at SevOne. This has not been a culture of awesome in quite some time now and never will again. SevOne is dying
