Pros

Really relaxed environment, where if you get your work done, no one gives you a hard time for working on personal projects. I think it's the people who make working here fun. Everyone is pretty smart and super helpful and want to see you succeed here.

Cons

As would be the case with any company going through rapid growth, there is constant change. This can get frustrating at times when we have to backpedal on process level decisions. Also, placement of unnecessary items in commonly used areas.

Pros

I joined SevOne as a SMARTS intern during Spring semester, and enjoyed it here! The learning curve is steep, but if you have the right background you'll glide through it. You are exposed to multiple roles during the internship, and so for someone without a lot of real experience you can figure out where you belong. Lots of fun activities going on all the time: free food, ice cream, video games, everything is casual.

Cons

More structure/ more training during initial few weeks would be helpful.

When I first started working here, I couldn't keep myself from saying over and over again, "Wow, this is how a software company SHOULD be run." I knew I found the job of my dreams. SevOne is a relaxed, yet professional atmosphere, with frisbee fridays, nerf dart wars, and lots of other miscellaneous incentives to keep showing you, time and time again, that management really cares about your well being

Cons

I can honestly say that I have not found much that I would change here. At all. A tweak here or there, but nothing even worth mentioning.
