Pros

The sales associate position requires you to do a lot more then just be a cashier. You will learn various basic business management strategies, product forecasting and customer service skills. Great for those who have little to no job experience.

Cons

Being a sales associate requires you to be upbeat and be able to deal with a variety of people for better or worse. Meaning that you must be able to deal with poor attitudes from misunderstanding customers, toxic management and incompetent employees. Like I said before this is a great place for those with no job experience but because of that new employees maintain bad habits if it goes uncorrected.

Pros

Health benefits available, continue education grants given.

Cons

Employees are undervalued and unappreciated. Too many people don't show up for work and most employees are uneducated and don't have any plans in life to further themselves.
