Pros

There are several reasons to work at Seven Eleven, the best reasons are: You knew exactly what your job was everyday, you would never be stuck wondering what it was you were supposed to be doing. The pay was great and the moving up process was excellent. If you worked hard and knew your job, you could move up from a team member to a store manager in less than a year.

Cons

The only thing that most people hated about working here was the orientation process. There was a lot to know at Seven Eleven so there was about a four day computer orientation process you had to complete before going out onto the sales floor.

there is a pro about seven eleven you get free drinks when you work and it all free so that is a really awesome part

Cons

well there are a lot of cons first of all they give really low wages which is not good for my family of 4.

The job provided good benefits and good on the job company policies to help keep employees safe and help employees do their jobs.

Cons

Job training new employees while on the job was difficult due to the fast paced environment. It put a lot of stress on senior employees who were responsible for training new employees.
