Pros

Company is growing rapidly and there is a lot of advancement opportunities. A lot of resources to help you do your job.

Cons

There is no real leadership, not enough people to keep up with the growing number of new employees. Franchisees know that they can get away with a lot.

Pros

A lot of freedom to work with franchises. Liked most the people I worked with as well.

Cons

Company doesn't support business owners very well. It can be very frustrating to not be able to do what you know would make things better for both parties.
