Pros

The clients. They're the highlight of this job and the only reason I stay!

Cons

Management is terrible. If they don't like you they will push and push whether it's gossip or keeping you in the dark about the policies while they actively have you do something that specifically breaks company policy without you knowing so they can write you up over and over until they wear you down and you quit. I've witnessed my managers on multiple different occasions talking about someone they didn't like and stating that they would be gone soon or that they weren't gonna be here long anyway then laughing about it. And within a couple weeks the person they were talking about ends up quitting.

Good pay , full time hours , build relationships with residents

Cons

Residents are very violent at times . Management play favoritism and will conspire to get you thrown out . Cut your hours once you don’t let them treat you a certain way . Management / other employees will lie and throw you under the bus to cover themselves . You will never have time for yourself if you take this job they will literally expect you to work 7 days a week a day you don’t agree to work your already a problem

Pros

flexible with being on time because they have no staff so they have no choice. You get FMLA that's nice as well.

Cons

Low pay for the work. They don't seem to care about who they put together in houses and do not support supervisors at all. They go through staff like underwear because they either don't care or find out that the work is way more then the pay. it's very stressful when your always short staffed and get abused by your clients on the regular.
