Let me count the ways. If you work there you are in charge of actual people. And I believe the other people who work there don’t see it that way. There are multiple occasions where overtime was forced because the relief was either late or didn’t want to come in. Always short staffed because the people who they hire are not equipped to work there. Several fireable offenses were swept under the rug due to not being staffed correctly. You were never recognized if you did a good job or if you stayed late which on some weeks was every day. Staff was able to dictate what they would and wouldn’t do so the work would be put on other employees. The job would be great if it wasn’t for the staff. There was constant bickering between staff and sometimes full blown arguments which caused the clients to get upset. Favoritisms runs rampant through that place as well. The pay was horrible.

The downside to working for this company is that you may be left alone for a entire shift so the ratio from staff to residents may be 1to 4. Or how ever many residents your mentoring. Or may not have a PD or a PS so your left doing their work as well and not even a thank you or pay increase. Pay just flat out sucks hear. We take care of and mentor human life. But their is no value in staff lives. No compensation Their is a lot of flaws with this company. Too many to list.
