Patients and families were great to work with!

There was a lack of on-boarding for new employees. Very little introduction to the company as a whole and no job description available. I feel I was thrown to the wolves, and thereby, set up for failure. Also, I learned of a lot of referrals were constantly denied. Denied because they were gay, denied because of previous drug use, denied because their family was deemed 'difficult' or denied because the facility didn't want to take on a difficult case in general The lack of census is because your own directors are denying very good potential patients!
