The team I work with is great, environment is friendly. The company works hard to get the employees free clinical supervision while working there (job is worth getting just for this aspect), flexible hours/schedule

Cons

Terrible health insurance, the pay offered even for great employees doesn't make sense for a private agency making good money (won't increase salaries), hours aren't great
