Pros

Flexible schedule, good employees. Staff looked out for each other. Mileage reimbursement was a plus.

Cons

Disorganization, no respect for personal time, no room for growth, and low pay. Company doesn't invest in their employees. Each position is overloaded with many task. Feels like you're doing 4 jobs in one.

Great experience for individuals looking to work in the mental health field. The MENTOR Network provides a great atmosphere for both consumers and employees and allows for growth among all individuals.

Cons

Stressful working conditions. in some instances, hours would be "cut" if there was no need for staff due to consumers being with family or absent.
