Pros

Great mission - the company does good work when it comes to serving people with disabilities. Most employees are good people.

Cons

No merit increases in four years,and that is if you are one of the lucky ones. The unlucky ones are let go in what has become a series of lay offs every few months

Pros

flexible hours, and no one cares how behind you get.

Cons

does not pay anywhere near in mileage as state. Progam Cooridnators is clueless and will throw you under the bus. Racism is rapid. If you call Human Resourses or the compliance hotline you need to be looking for another job. No raises and the pay is horrible. Incidents covered up and abuse is pushed under the desk because the rug is already full.

Pros

Nothing. The have a Great Mission - too bad they can't deliver on it.

Cons

Inept Senior Management, Nepotism, Bad Benefits, Ridiculous Work Load. Bottom line - it's all about their bottom line - not the clients/population they claim to serve. Horrible experience
