Pros

The workplace is lively and fun, with department and company-wide events, lunches, and happy hours. The management team is very open and promotes communication, including monthly town halls. The PTO and sick time is also very generous for new employees and grows as you stay with the company.

Cons

There is a lot of work that can get stressful, but that is also the reality of a rapidly growing company. The health benefits leave something to be desired, but at least they are available.

The people here are next to none and make working at Sezzle very enjoyable. People are always willing to help out and answer any questions you may have. Being apart of one of the fastest-growing startups in MN is a blast and we are constantly learning and trying new things to continue to grow at such a rapid pace.

Cons

Growing pains with working at a startup can always be challenging. People are constantly busy so there is a lot of work to do on your own and getting answers to challenges you are facing can be a bit of a struggle.

You get to work with people who really are committed to seeing Sezzle grow. Awesome begets awesome. Weekly company lunch. We also have a great varied supply of snacks. Bubbly water.

Cons

It's a startup that's growing fast, so you will need to work hard. It's not for everyone.
