Sezzle is currently a bit understaffed but that is part of growth.

Sezzle is a fun, challenging, and rewarding place to be a part of. We're working on building such a cool product and it's exciting to be part of this cutting-edge technology.

Cons

With Sezzle being a startup, there tends to be long hours and teamwork is extra important. Even though there are long hours, the environment and culture are very motivating. Management does a good job at showing extra appreciation.

1. You get a lot of freedom in terms of implementation ideas. 2. Its a great platform to learn new and cutting-edge technologies and execute them. 3. It has a wonderful team with a great level trust among each other and always eager to help one another. 4. Overall, a great place to work if you are looking for a small to mid-sized startup.

Cons

Not a con really for a startup, but as a scope of improvement, Sezzle can start looking at training freshers with the tools/languages used in the company.
