Pros

-Sezzle is growing like crazy and it seems like the opportunities are endless. -Transparency and culture are very valued here. -Sezzle looks after its employees with awesome gym and transportation subsidies. -Your opinion is valued and your contributions are appreciated, unlike at some larger companies I've worked for. -Sezzle is nimble and able to adapt to the market and what our customers need. -You get out of this job what you put in, and it's a really exciting place to work. Buckle up!

Cons

-Growing pains...miscommunications, confusion, sometimes a lack of direction and communication of that direction to the company as a whole.

Love it here

Pros

Employees often get to choose the projects they would like to work on. Additionally, employees write their own standard procedures. Sezzle is hiring quite a few employees at the moment. Because of this, current employees have the opportunity to choose which roles they would like to specialize in.

Cons

Like any startup company, large product changes can happen quickly. Some people like having the ability to quickly push big changes to the product, others might not be looking for as much responsibility. It might not be a great fit if you are looking for a job with a standard procedure to follow.
