Pros

Discounted (sometimes free!) food; great starting salary as a line cook with opportunities to advance; fun environment; not too demanding mentally; teaches great hospitality skills

Cons

Kitchen gets VERY hot in the summer; you're around really unhealthy food all day; customers can be pretty awful; VERY fast paced; on your feet for hours on end

Good pay. Not at all what I expected. They make it sound like its so family like and welcoming. Not at all what I received.

Cons

No hours. Fired after only two weeks only because I asked for more hours to support my family. Promised full time, never saw it.
