Pros

it's nice company to work for if you are not looking for a job. Prime vendor for a few clients. Even though it's a small company, they always have job opportunities with their client. You do get your salary on time and they do follow all USCIS rules the same as big service based companies.

Cons

Like all companies, even Shakti has a few cons, since it's a small company.

Pros

I have been working for Shakti Solution's for over 7 years and I've received all support from the company, from every level of Management and co-workers. The company has been very attentive of my needs and requirements and has worked every time to help me on any issue I've had. They have a good Law firm for on time immigration support because of it got my green card processed successfully. Always willing to get timely support from HR team especially from Mrs. Alamu.

Pros

Shakti solutions is one of the best consulting companies to work for. Company is very reliable and they are good at what they do. Easy to work with and also very friendly staff. I had an opportunity to work for Shakti as a contractor a decade ago and then full time again. Thank you Shakti for all your help and helping me to progress on my achievements and Success. You guys are the best!
