Where do I begin?
This company will hire you on and let you know you will be handling a few cases and within a few months have about 25-30 cases by yourself. This is a lie. The turnover rate is so high here that as soon as you start, someone is quitting. When someone does quit, regardless of how long you have been there, you receive up to 50-75 cases. The "training" is a joke. You get hired with little to no knowledge of legal practices, and yet are expected to take on cases after two weeks. During training, it is a burden to ask questions, and most of the time you are being trained by someone who has little to no experience themselves.
The management here is awful and hateful. The minute you become overwhelmed and ask for help, they offer help for the first week and then slowly watch you fail. This employer pushes its employees to quit.
They offer an incentive reward if goals are met each moth, but make them impossible to attain. They also refuse to give any raises, no matter what your performance shows or how long you have been with them.
If you care about helping people or have an ounce of personal respect for human kind....this job is not for you. They expect you to keep your head down, mouth shut and don't question anything.
