Pros

Company works hard to keep moral high doing things such as potlucks, wine Wednesday’s, Jean Friday’s, holiday competitions, etc. Everyone is friendly and willing to help one another. Bonus and raise structures for almost every position, all achievable if you work hard to make it happen and are proactive. They are all based on your work and not seniority so you can be making good money within the first year, sometimes even 6 months as long as you put in the work. Simple IRA you can contribute to and the company matches up to a certain amount. Holiday pay and PTO that increases the longer you have been with the company.

Cons

It can be stressful especially at the beginning when you are first learning but they help you get through it and have an extensive training system. (I wasn’t a big fan about having to take the quizzes, like I am in school again, but I found them helpful in the end) There has been a good amount of turnover but it’s from people that want to come in and have an “office job” but not actual put in the work. You stay very busy here and if you don’t you will have things fall through the cracks or angry clients. There is no health insurance now but they say it should be hopefully coming soon.

Pros

You get to learn a little about vehicle accident lawsuits

Cons

The environment is not a mental healthy environment. They have cameras all over the office and watch your every move every second. Treated like a child.
