Pros

I actually really liked this job, did it for nearly a decade. Started in office but later went fully remote which was really nice. Productivity goals were realistic and they had a good system in place for recording system issues that lowered our numbers.

Cons

The worst con is that this company has had a LOT of layoffs over the last few years. I was told repeatedly that my job was not at risk until suddenly my position was eliminated in restructuring. Another big con was that our benefits slowly dwindled over the years. PTO stopped rolling over year to year. You had to jump through more and more hoops to get matching HSA contributions. Yearly raises got smaller and smaller. The last con was that management had a high turnover. I was fortunate that I never got a micromanager or an inflexible manager, but the constant change in management degraded relationships with clients over time and eventually led to client losses.

Pros

Work life balance was the best thing about this job you would have times. If you had a good manager your time here was probably better than most.

Cons

The Benefits and Pay are the biggest cons for me. I had my pay cut and I already wasn’t getting paid that much. The culture wasn’t the best.

Pros

The interview was pretty easy.

Cons

My training was only six days before we got on the phones. It felt like being thrown to the wolves. The training was pretty disorganized with trainers being late to training sessions and us not knowing when the next training session was until the last second even after reaching out to management. We didn’t get access to the systems until the day before we were supposed to get on the phones because IT was taking forever to reach out to us with our credentials so that was pretty nerve wracking. Overall I think the training could have been better and a lot more organized so that we didn’t feel like we were thrown to the wolves.
