      Pros

      High energy and fast moving - it's a exciting place to work Loads of opportunity to make a difference and impact to a fast growing company Attention to design and engineering delivering solutions that work for the customer. Very creative and rewarding environment for designers, technologists and engineers to work. Ambitions to be the best.

      Cons

      Not the place to work if you don't like being challenged to take on big opportunities, or difficult problems.

      Pros

      I left the company when it was still Euro-Pro. I still keep in contact with a lot of people there and I have to say that the company sounds like it is changing - for the better. I was looking at the site to see what jobs are available and saw all of the new posts - both good and bad. Let's be real...no company is perfect. I went to another company thinking I would work less and get paid more. I got paid a little more, but I am not working any less. I know a few different people left Euro-Pro to work somewhere else and are now back at the company. Thinking I might soon be one of them.

      Cons

      From talking with people who are still there, it is definitely still a place that expects huge results. Don't know if that truly is a bad thing though - the company continues to do really well.

      Pros

      Your first day is your best day ... Its less than optimal and downhill from there. The new name is better than the old name Euro-Pro. If you interview, follow your gut... I didn't and regret it.

      Cons

      There are more cons than pros. One thing I can say confidently ... Compared to other companies they do NOT pay better. That might only be accurate for Sr Mgt perks, bonuses or signing/retention incentives. I make far more now in a comparable position with a much stronger & ethical company. There is NO loyalty to dedicated employees. That is the truth.
