      Pros

      Really welcoming co-workers and my manager has been very supportive. Was a little concerned about joining because of some of the negative reviews but I am glad I did because I definitely like it here. Important to decide for yourself - not all reviews apply.

      Cons

      Cramped for space - our brand new building won't be ready for a year so we are located in 4 different locations - although all are located within 5 minutes of each other. Kind of difficult to get to know people because we are all spread out. The company has been growing so quickly we don't have a choice right now...just have to wait.

      Pros

      People that succeed at SharkNinja are those that want to be challenged and make an impact. Yes there can be long hours and lots of late night calls with China but how many companies are growing 25%/year in the categories that we are? The status quo is continually challenged here and that can be uncomfortable for many but the people that can think big yet focus on the details are the one's that do best at SharkNinja.

      Cons

      The executive team can probably do more to communicate the strategy more clearly to the company.
