Pros

You can test many new products and received them as a gifts after testing.

Cons

1. Horrible culture: Peers, subordinates and managers backstabbing each other. There is no trust and team work within the company. 2. Upper Management have no focus and direction for the company 3. Very political, if you cannot play politics, you will get laid off 4. The worst company I have ever worked for 5. The good and smart people left the company and the people who like to backstabbing people stay. 6. There is no Work life balance, I worked an average of 13 hours per day and manager still didn't appreciate your hardwork!

Pros

Good learning opportunity and somewhat competitive salary (but you have to fight for it-hard). Great colleagues with high skills.

Cons

Super toxic environment. Mark B brings his family affairs into work, decisions often feel personal rather than professional. Makes up toxic mantras to follow that are quite laughable.

Pros

Innovative products Solid Brand Product Discounts Nice Office

Cons

Where to even start. Team onboarding was non-existent. I was barely even talked to by my team/manager, no real explanation of what my role/responsibilities were. I'd get a one word here, one sentence there, so basically I had no work for 6 months. And if something was not to the liking of the manager then he'd he flip out, anger, insults, etc. It was totally weird and bizarre, negative EQ. After a more significant period of time there was still barely any definition to my role, there was still practically no interaction between the direct team or the broader function. The office was silent and lifeless, no energy, no interaction, no sharing of ideas. Between the meaningless to non-existent role/responsibilities, the team with zero interaction, the quick temper manager, non-existent development plan, I couldnt continue with this place. They talk a big game about outrageously extraordinary work and development yada yada, then when you're there you barely have a coherent role while your manager chases today's shiny object and gives you one words answers on whats actually expected.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. What you’ve described regarding onboarding, role clarity, and leadership is not the experience we want for any team member. We recognize that in a fast-paced environment like ours, it’s especially important to provide clear expectations, support, and a sense of connection. These are areas we’re actively working to strengthen through improved onboarding and enhanced leadership development initiatives. We appreciate your feedback and also welcome you to reach out to your HRBP to discuss this more.
