      Pay is decent.. off every other weekend

      Cons

      The people who work there are nosey. The company will fire u for almost anything. Although u get vacation time you will not get paid for it.

      Shaw really has great associates working for the company. They contribute to a fantastic culture. Great flooring #1 in the industry.

      Cons

      Some areas still have old school management. This culture is trying to change, but it still exists in some areas.

      The compensation is better than most companies for this position. For the most part the environment is friendly.

      Cons

      The opportunity for advancement is often left up to the whole "who you know, not what you know" philosophy. If your a woman it's a "Boy's Club" and hard to break into.
