Pros
Busy, steady, get breaks(long enough to only go to the toilet). HR dept (very, very rude, non-confidential, promote their friends, makeup phony cases to prevent promotions). Promote(people who are trashy, wear clothes with breasts revealing & TMs complain don't handle their work).
Cons
Pay is lousy, lousy, lousy. Not a living wage. Can't afford medical copays. No advancement unless friends with management. Workload extensive for time to complete; thus errors and then you're dinged. . Most mgrs unbelievably dumb, few with college degrees; no promoting those with degrees then. Solicit PI/PA requests then do not implement or steal your ideas & give you no credit. 2 10 min. breaks a day - leaves you time to go to the toilet and that's it.
