      Pros

      Awesome place to work, management is very easy to talk to and does make an effort to know everyone. Easy to sell, tons of tools given to you, with a distinct competitive advantage.

      Cons

      VERY MICROMANAGING! Unfortunately upper management is far removed from their sales days and everyone has a similar background at the top, meaning its a little harder for them to lead some of the divisions they are less familiar with. Not enough opportunity for advancement, and turning into a high pressure sales organization.

      Great work environment! Benefits were pretty good. I was able to take time off when needed with no questions asked.

      Cons

      The location was not very convienent.
