Pros
Shaw is a private company that's been creating loan servicing software for 50+ years. You get to see a lot, learn a lot, build a lot, and have meaningful influence on everything you're a part of. You'll be counted on to bring every asset you have to the table. This can be challenging at times, in the good way. There are some incredible people here at Shaw, it seems to attract individuals with a high level of character. And many of those people are true experts at what they do. It's a pleasure to be around.
Cons
If you're interested in having a very limited role in business processes or development and not doing much else, Shaw probably isn't the place for you.
