Supportive colleagues, great place for new grad and student to learn and grow.

The business used to be too sensitive oil market fluctuation which caused to layoff of lot of great employees.

The company industry is excellent with great product

Cons

Very traditional management and old systems , work load and inefficient systems and processes, this is compensated by long working hours , no sick leaves and no overtime.
