Used to be a great place to work but restructuring under new CEO has forced too many experienced senior managers out

Pros

Had multitude of long term (15-35 years of service) employees so great experience base and mentoring of younger employees plus good morale Global scope with record revenue and profits for 2013

Cons

Decisions now dictated by stock price Revenue and profits expected to drop in 2014 so new relatively inexperienced management is scrambling and delivering mixed messages to poor morale employee group
