Pros

Great culture and global mobility means there is a lot to learn. Management team is very strong and the growth trajectory is expected to be good with a lot of upcoming major projects.

Cons

HR systems are not the best; lot of back and forth at times clarifying things. Employee review process is good but not shared across different division so opportunities are left out at times.

Pros

Great bunch of people to work with. Very knowledgeable in their respective fields. I learned a lot about polymer characterization and processing. I made many friends along the way. Good benefits and vacation allocation.

Cons

Upper management out of touch with general employees, lower than industry-average salary. Lower chance of promotion of long-standing, more experienced employees.

People let you work. Work without almost any supervision after a month or so of being employed

Cons

If you are the new employee, MOST of the grunt work is giving to you, but I guess that's expected.
