-Set schedule for all management -Competitive pay, great benefits for the industry -Senior leadership is relevant and real -Great opportunity for career growth -Desirable culture from top down -Awesome charity in Sheetz for the Kidz,

Cons

-Large disconnect between operations (store level) and corporate -Operates under pretense of a QSR but payroll is allocated more closely to a C-store -HR department, although improving, is grossly disconnected from operations and is perceived as more of an intimidating foe than a friend to store level management.

you have to learn the work in less then two weeks and no one really trains you in anything and you have a time limit when you're making the food
