      Great pay and support, but weekend work is tough for parents

      Paid well, supportive management, training was thorough

      Cons

      They required you work at least one weekend a month, which is a ridiculous ask for people who have kids and are already paying for daycare to then pay for a babysitter at least one extra day a month. Parents should be exempt from this requirement.

      Cons

      Very busy, high turnover, many people avoid work leaving a higher percentage of responsibility for others.
