      Availability, good pay, incentives, good understanding family oriented based management

      Not a good upkeep of same employees they seem to not be able to handle the work

      Pros

      Scheduling is pretty accommodating for anyone since they are open 24/7 365.

      Cons

      Very catty, high school like cliques and attitudes within management and employees. Very stressful only because of work environment, not the actual job.
