Very Dirty Company

Pros

I felt at the time I was hired that Sheetz did care and took care of their employees.

Cons

I was a manager trainee and had to travel over 60 miles one way to work.The training was very unorganized and basically I was thrown in and do the best I could.The salary wasn't really that good either but I knew making bonuses it would improve.I missed during a 11 month span 2 days with a doctor note and 1 day because of a car wreck hitting a deer which I had to replace my car.I thought I be ok with the absentee policy but was later imformed that didn't apply to management,but a higher standard was.This wasn't in my training ,policy manual,NOTHING!!!! I was terminated for a policy that doesn't exit!!!

Team work. Sometimes. Not much I can even say.

Cons

Low pay horrible long hours. Shift wars. Favoritism. Not a job fora person who has an education because Sheetz DOES NOT recognize a college education.

Family owned and operated company, the family really tries to take care of their employees

Cons

The work environment is extremely fast paced and many times you are very understaffed which makes working there miserable at times.
