Pros

Decent pay, nice discount, variety of people to work with.

Cons

Upper management is not held accountable, lack of follow up on employee complaints, and if you do complain to your store manager be prepared to get the short end of the shift. The lack of actual Training is hilarious.

Cons

The expectation is that they own you once you become anything higher than employee. Better believe they're gonna make you wish you stayed there.

Pros

There are a lot of benefits offered, employees are mostly nice. You get a 30 minute break as long as you work an extra half hour.

Cons

Badly understaffed, which causes stressful situations and wait times for food as well as low worker morale. My manager in particular expects more from my team, which makes being new feel like I shouldn’t be there at all. It’s bad if even supervisors don’t like their job, supervisors also have to work 10 hours and don’t get a half hour break. Many customers can be nice, but the rude ones are extra mean. The training was also very poor and was not comprehensive enough. They also expect you to know where everything is before getting any real tour of the store you work at.
