Financially stable company with a desire to grow. Not publicly traded, answer to our policy holders...Not Wallstreet. CEO has a clear vision and communicates to employees fairly well. Still has pension plan as well as 401K-type plan and profit-sharing has been generous.

Profit Sharing Plan - most years we receive a 3x match for the first 3% that we contribute. On a good year we will receive a 5x match. If we have a bad year and do not receive a profit sharing match it can be matched in future years if we do have a good year. Many employees have worked here for 30 to 40 years and the profit sharing plan actually keeps people here who might other wise have gone elsewhere.
