Pros
Good management and a strong sense of being in a team.
Cons
3% raise regardless of Covid over 4 years. This is a great first tech job, however make sure to jump in a few years since there is only about a 2 dollar total raise that you can receive. Much better to get some tech experience here then take another job starting at 19 or higher that you are now qualified for. Again, do not get stuck here since unfortunately loyalty to this position does not help with pay raises.
