Excellent company with an excellent benefits package. Also new HR team are progessive thinkers, which will help the company grow in a positive direction.

Cons

No room for growth potential in administrative careers. Not enough cultural diversity in senior management team. Lots of favoritism, which makes it hard to advance.

Great environment, most people are nice, and patient care is excellent.

Cons

Managers sucks! They play favoritism, also they micro manger you. It is a small hospital, so they have too much time on their hands to make you life miserable. On top of that, you are not allowed to call in sick, they will fire you!

Pros

Wonderful place to work for - you know that your time and effort really makes a difference. The patients and their progress make you want to come in everyday. The founders of the hospital are in every day and they are very active and passionate about Shepherd.

Cons

Management is lacking. Donor dollars should go back to the hospital and not into management's pockets (vacations, expensive lunches, extravagent spending, etc.)… management should not bully employees. Harassment training should be mandatory for all employees, especially managers.
