Overall great place to work. Special place to collaborate with caring and compassionate healthcare providers.
Cons
Not fantastic PTO accrual when you first start working. Lumped in with sick time and accrues at slower rate than holiday time from past employer (i.e last employer accrued at 8 hrs/2 weeks with separate sick bank vs 7.4 hours that includes both) This creates a culture that leaves clinicians to choose between coming in sick or potentially not getting to take a vacation.
