Pros

Salary is fair and reasonable for people without a degree. I went through a management training program which helped me get the position I worked in for 3 years.

Cons

Very taxing on hours when staffing shortages arise. I was short staffed for a total of 2 years and wasn’t given any help until my last two weeks of employment. It kept getting brushed off due to lack of sales.
